When the Cheppu workshop first began production, only 50 students attended the Children\'s Model School in Kathmandu. Now, over 200 students of all ages from grades Kg to 12 are in attendance. A portion of the proceeds from the business helps fund the school and provides scholarships.

Practicing as they have for centuries, Himalayan artists produce unique one of a kind pieces reflecting the care and tradition of ancient Asian cultures. Tibetan Buddhism and Hinduism are the religious foundation of Nepal. Spiritual devotion infuses every aspect of life.
